The Kulture Movement’s ‘No Disrespect Campaign’ is a multi-tiered program for students in the NYC
public school system spearheaded by Shani Kulture (Morning Show Producer/On-Air Personality at Hot97, Emmis Communications) and Roxie Digital. The campaign is designed to address the difficulties our young adults have in dealing with social pressures from peers and overcoming the negative obstacles of their environments as well as teaching them to create resolutions without resorting to conflict and violence.

‘No Disrespect’ helps to bring a conscious mentality to young adults. It inspires them to build relationships, gain self-worth and to respect others. For students, the primary goals of the campaign involve honoring academic and personal achievement, taking accountability for their actions and improving communication skills with the aim of creating a clear road map for their futures.
